I set out to enhance the training check-in experience in addressing the challenges of long wait times and congestion at the kiosks. Through strategic redesign and optimization efforts, we were able to significantly improve efficiency, reduce user input requirements, and enhance overall user satisfaction.
Cook with Campbell
Through a mobile-first approach and strategic design enhancements, Cook with Campbell's successfully transformed its recipe page into a more engaging and user-friendly experience. By prioritizing clear CTAs, visual enhancements, and consistent design language, not only were KPIs improved on the recipe page but also laid the foundation for a cohesive and delightful user experience across the entire website.
CAE Connect
Using strategic collaboration, meticulous design, and iterative refinement, the integration of billing, user management, and training documentation functionalities into Connect has not only transformed the airline customer experience but also yielded tangible benefits in terms of efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.
